# Rules for proper use of your account

Here are some tips and best practices to avoid any technical issues:

1. **Use Google Chrome:** You are free to use other web browsers, but as of today the most stable browser for exploring your IPEM Account is Google Chrome.

2. **Empty your cache:**

          • Chrome, Firefox, Edge: **Ctrl+Shift+Delete** for Windows. **Shift+Cmd+Delete** for MacOS.

          • Safari: **Option+Command+E**.

3. **To log in,**make sure you **request only one magic link**. This link is unique, valid for 60 minutes, and can only be used once.

4. **Check your SPAM folder.** If you're expecting a magic link or registration code from us, check your SPAM folder, or other folders such as Gmail’s “Promotions” tab.

5. ****Consult the Practical Info:**** On the navigation bar on the left, you can access other practical info pages that will help you better navigate your IPEM Account.

6. ****If you encounter a persistent problem,**** use our **ChatBot** just below to report bugs. Please mention the web browser and the operating system you are using.
