They must drop off and pick up packages at the door R1.  🔸 There will be no storage area before February 2nd and no packages will be accepted before this date.  🔸 Your packages must be sent back at the latest on February 6th before 12:00 PM. The Palais des Festivals & IPEM refuse any responsibility for them.  🔸 As the delivery drivers can’t access your meeting booth, they must contact the Floor Manager onsite: +33 7 68 96 60 38    **NOTE:** Please keep in mind that all packages must be stored directly on your booth throughout the event.
