# Booth services

****Refreshments**:**
 Each exhibitor will have upon arrival on their booth:
 - 1 bottle of natural water
 - 1 bottle of sparkling water
 - 20 paper cups

**WIFI connection:**
 The entire hall is connected to Wifi. Wifi passwords are personal and will be indicated on each pass. The Wifi code can connect up to **3 devices during the 3 days** and the internet speed is **limited to 2Mb/s**

**Cleaning:**
 Your booth will be cleaned every night.
 There is also a daytime cleaning for collecting waste from the reception desk bins; if needed go to the Info Point in order to request an additional cleaning service. You must submit the request at the Info Point on your floor.
 If you organize a cocktail event at your booth, the caterer is responsible for collecting and removing their own waste and used tableware.
