What is IPEM Hints?
- IPEM is much more than events. We are on a mission to build meaningful connections for the private capital industry. As our community continues to grow and sophisticate, IPEM is innovating and preparing for the launch in June 2023 of a new tech-enabled LP/GP recommendation service.
- The idea is simple: leveraging on IPEM proprietary data and insights to support fundraisers and LPs all year round with curated, relevant connections in a smart, service-oriented way.
- We believe GPs are in the best position to sell their funds. However, in this extremely competitive market, they rarely even get the chance. That’s where we come in: We do the prospecting, so you can focus on connecting.
- Thanks to the deep trust we have built with LPs around IPEM events, regular communication allows us to know investors better than any other service provider. With an LP’s opt-in, our human-first service uses this information to screen our GP clients and get them in touch with only the most suitable matches.
- The result? An introduction to the right people at the right time.
For GPs
- Improve your conversion rate by doing and paying less: With our hand-selected matches, feed your sales pipeline with high-quality referrals in a cost-effective way.
- We do not charge any commission or take any cut of the assets raised, and we don’t interfere in the relationships you establish with investors through us.
- Routine Feedback from you, after receiving a recommendation and meeting investors, helps our professional matchmakers curate your future matches.
For LPs
- IPEM offers a free “concierge” consulting service that helps you distinguish the signal from the noise amidst a deluge of solicitations
- With the aid of a dedicated account manager, you will only be contacted by selected suitable funds.
- Efficiently connect with the GPs that are most relevant to your needs, not just the default names.

From June 22nd, IPEM will be in charge of providing matches to subscribers via calls with a dedicated account manager and directly via the IPEM Platform for event participants.
