IPEM Cannes 2023 started with the pre-open celebration on January 23rd. IPEM friends started networking even before arriving to Cannes, on-board the IPEM Croisette Express Train from Paris. Then in the early evening everyone was invited to the Welcome Gala, dress code was business casual, and the venue deeply rooted in the spirit of Cannes – Hotel Barriere Le Majestic. It was the largest welcoming event in IPEM history, more than 1,000 private capital professionals gathered in the perfect setting to make new connections and memories!
IPEM takes ESG issues very seriously and is commited to reduce its carbon footprint. We therefore recommended our delegates to travel by train.
This year again, IPEM chartered a dedicated train, the IPEM Croisette Express sponsored by INDEFI and ONTRA, for its delegates to travel straight from Paris to Cannes.
Travelling with the Croisette Express is not just a trip to Cannes, but also a strong networking moment to engage with other people and create meaningful connections within the private markets industry.
