Our monthly IPEM RDVs are back, and this month we had the opportunity to chat with Pam Jackson, CEO of Level 20, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving gender diversity in the European private equity industry

“In 2018, we launched a survey, with BVCA, to try to determine the level of women in private equity. We found that there were 6% of senior investment roles held by women”, Pam Jackson, CEO of Level 20

In less than ten minutes, Pam Jackson draws a perfect picture of women’s role and evolution in the industry. She explains how Level 20 is increasing and strengthening the presence of women in PE and helping them to succeed by providing support and insights, in particular through their mentoring program.
