The news was announced by the board of PIP, which Helen co-leads alongside Charlotte Morris. Charlotte is a partner in Pantheon’s global secondaries team and a member of the firm’s secondaries investment committee. Charlotte will continue to manage PIP once Helen leaves, having enjoyed 21 years at the firm and three decades within private markets. Helen is a partner in Pantheon’s European investment team. This year, she was recognized for her dedicated work in private markets by being named in the King’s New Year’s Honours list, receiving an MBE or services to gender equality in business. The board expressed sincere thanks to Helen for her “exceptional contribution to PIP and the wider Pantheon business”.
