Each year we receive more than 500 quality applications and unfortunately can’t say “yes” to everyone. Since we only have under 200 speaking slots, our selection process is becoming highly competitive.

To ensure you align with our conference themes and meet IPEM’s high standards for content and delivery, please read the following rules:

1. You must have legitimacy in the theme for which you are submitting your application.

2. The applicant must have relevant experience and knowledge in the industry (have you ever talked in front of a camera, in a panel, etc., and what is your most relevant experience?).

3. To promote diversity and provide equal opportunities to all, we will prioritize the following groups at IPEM:

• International profiles (non-French).

• Women in private equity (gender diversity).

• New faces and names at IPEM.

4. All submissions must be received by October 10th, 2024, and any incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
