Jean-Francois Le Ruyet has over 25 years of experience in Private Markets. For Quilvest Capital Partners, Jean-Francois is a member of the Global Investment Committee for the Private Equity secondary, co-investments and primary funds programs with a focus on growth and buy-out strategies in Europe. He is also an independent board member of a few companies, including investment vehicles of select European Family Offices. Prior to his career in Private Equity, Jean-Francois gained experience in strategy consulting, first with Bain & Company, then with McKinsey, advising PE firms among other assignments. Jean-Francois is a graduate of HEC in Paris and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Elsa Letellier is the Co-Founder and President of Altiva Advisors, an independent advisory firm specializing in private-assets allocation for European single family offices and French financial institutions.

Agnès Lossi is a Partner at Indefi, where she leads strategic consulting and market research projects across Europe within the Corporate Strategy division. Since 2016, she has been a leading expert in the wealth sector, spearheading the development and execution of projects in private markets on behalf of asset managers and distributors. With over 20 years of experience, Agnès brings deep expertise in asset management, insurance, and capital markets, which are also key focus areas in her strategic initiatives across distribution networks and her work in sustainable investment practices.

Amit Popat is a Senior Partner and the Global Head of Financial Institutions. He is responsible for the development and execution of Mercer’s strategy to engage and support financial institutions and intermediaries including Insurance companies, Wealth Managers/Private banks, Family Offices etc.

Raphaela M.L. Schröder began her career at UBS before spending many years at Rothschild & Co. There, she developed the private market offering for private wealth clients, managing everything from structuring, legal setup, compliance, and fundraising to post-sale activities, including reporting. Afterward, she worked at Maerki Baumann, a Swiss private bank, as Senior Portfolio Manager Private Markets. In this role, Raphaela led the development of the bank’s private market strategy—from defining the strategy to investment selection (sourcing, due diligence, and allocation) and operational improvements—building a multi-strategy private market portfolio encompassing private equity, private debt, and private infrastructure. In 2025, she founded Aurea Partners AG, which provides tailored private market solutions for wealth intermediaries, supporting private banks, family offices and independent wealth managers in building and expanding their private market offerings.

Jessica Sellam is Head of Private Markets Group at Rothschild & Co Wealth & Asset Management since 2023. Jessica joined Rothschild & Co in 2006 and was responsible for private markets offering for France, Belgium and Monaco. The PMG is in charge of sourcing and conducting due diligences, fund structuring, fund raising (private equity, direct lending, real estate, infrastructures), investor relations and fund administration. Jessica has strong technical expertise in Private banking & Wealth Management (Tax, Law, Finance).
