Planet Evergreen

Impact investing, private credit and private wealth (a three body opportunity!) are all set to feature at IPEM Cannes | Wealth 2025.

It therefore seems fitting to share the news that Blue Earth Capital has raised $113 million for its inaugural private credit impact fund. The fund’s evergreen structure means that it should appeal to a broad remit of investors, including private banks and wealth managers, as HNW investors seek to extend their reach in to private markets. Blue Earth Capital’s evergreen fund will allow investors to redeem on a quarterly basis, in keeping with established market standards for evergreen funds. The impact manager’s head of private credit, Amy Wang, was quoted as saying private credit and impact go “hand in hand”. The fund will invest across both developed and emerging markets. A world of opportunities exist for private credit funds, as food production, climate technology and other impact-led innovations gain momentum. Time for some blue sky thinking on private credit’s potential to drive positive change for the planet.
