Each year, you are numerous to apply in order to become a speaker, and each year we are excited to select passionate experts on the private equity market.

At IPEM, we aim to offer everyone a chance to speak. While not always feasible, we’re committed to supporting your path to becoming a future speaker.

Submission Process
To apply to speak at IPEM Paris 2025, you need to connect to your IPEM Account, then fill out the online form below with:
• Your name
• Your contact information and contact person (for organizing speaking engagements if you’re selected, asking additional questions, etc) if different.
• Preferred sub-theme and/or summit’s topic.
• Summary of your experience in the industry.
Submit your application by April 30th, 2025.
Review Process
Each year we receive more than 600 requests of quality applications and can’t say “yes” to everyone. Since we only have under 300 speaking slots, our selection process is becoming highly competitive.
To ensure you align with our conference themes and meet our high standards for content and delivery, please read the following rules:
1. You must have legitimacy in the theme for which you are submitting your application.
2. The applicant must have relevant experience and knowledge in the industry (have you ever talked in front of a camera, in a panel, etc., and what is your most relevant experience?).
3. To promote diversity and provide equal opportunities to all, we will prioritize the following groups at IPEM:
• International profiles (non-French).
• Women in Private Equity (gender diversity).
• New faces and names at IPEM.
4. All submissions must be received by April 30th, 2025, and any incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Selection Process
Our selection criteria are designed to ensure that our event brings fresh perspectives and diverse voices to the forefront:
• We are particularly interested in hearing from new speakers who can provide innovative insights.
• We value diversity in all its forms and welcome speakers from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
• Additionally, we are looking for C-level executives and thought leaders who can contribute their expertise to IPEM Paris 2025.
• If you have a unique perspective or innovative ideas to share, we encourage you to submit your proposal.
