If you plan to ship valuables, to avoid any parcel loss we advise you to use one of the two service providers below allowed to access the Palais des Festivals. Please, ask for a quote with your package information (dimension and weight) to MARTINI TRANS or MATHEZ

Exhibition dept:
They can store your parcels, deliver them directly on your booth, and handle the delivery back to your office. All packages must be sent directly to the delivery company.

If you choose to work with your own service provider please note that :

• Parcels deliveries will be accepted between January 21st at 3:00 PM and Tuesday 23rd at 6:00 PM.
• Please note that delivery drivers can’t access your meeting booth. They must drop off and pick up parcels at the door R1.

• There will be no storage area before January 21st and The Palais des Festivals will not accept any parcel before this date.
• Your parcels must be sent back at the latest on January 26th before 12:00 PM. The Palais des Festivals & IPEM refuse any responsibility for them.
• If the delivery drivers can’t access your meeting booth, they should contact the Floor Manager onsite: +33 7 68 96 60 38

NOTE: Please keep in mind that all packages must be stored directly on your booth throughout the event. IPEM will not be able to store it.

Shipping reception hours:

From January 21st – 3:00 PM to 23rd – 6:00 PM

Shipping sending hours:

January 25th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

January 26th before 12:00 PM
