If you want materials, brochures, and goodies to be delivered to your booth you must arrange parcels pick-up, storage, delivery, and/or withdrawal with our exclusive partner.

1. Download the order request here: https://www.ipem-market.com/wp-content/uploads/ORDER-FORM-IPEM-2023-PARIS.docx & send it back to nunzio.didio@zielog.fr before September 8th.
2. Purchase order validation by Zielog.
3. Read the shipping instructions.
4. Download, print & stick on your parcel delivery labels: https://www.ipem-market.com/wp-content/uploads/ETIQUETTES-DEPART-IPEM-PARIS.odt.
5. Send your parcel respecting the shipping instructions.
(Before September 13th & between 8.30 AM to 11.30 AM & 2 PM to 4.30 PM)
Always be precise on each piece of parcel:
– Exhibitor Name
– Booth or Room Number
– Booth Location (the Jardin des Tuileries: West Tent / Central Tent / East Tent & the Westin Vendôme)
Please remember that you may bring your packages by foot during the exhibitor booth set-up time, from 5 PM to 8 PM on Monday, September 18th.
All materials, goodies & empty parcels must be stored directly inside your booth throughout the event. IPEM will not be able to store it.
Parcels must be collected before IPEM Paris 2023 closes on September 20th, at 7 PM.
The organizer can not take responsibility for lost/damaged parcels.
